About Peeradise

Riya (CEO), Cynthia (CTO), and Jacob (CMO) knew they had to make a change to current virtual learning -- there was a lack of social connection, no outside academic help, and strictly academic peer tutoring even if it was occurring! On top of academic mentorship, there was a critical need for guidance as students explored college and professional options during these unprecedented times. That's why the three of them, with their team member Michael Banegas during the Cisco High STEM Externship, came up with an ingenious idea to start Peeradise -- a utopia for all students. Under the guidance of professionals including Wake County board members, management consultant, Jay Kabra, and software engineer, Josh Friend, they developed this brilliant platform for use throughout the pandemic and beyond.
